Cannot mix PMCs with different threading models in the same simulation when using COLTT

The combination of COFE, a logged COUSCOUS UO and logged CERE .net UO does not work properly. Two logfiles get created and the first is no longer updated once the second is opened. The problem is that this combination requires both COLoggers.dll and COLoggersST.dll to be loaded, which causes logging to be initialised twice. What should happen is a single logfile is created containing calls to different PMCs in the correct sequence.
