Some problems reading the file

I am logging the Simulis Thermodynamics Property Package Manager (i.e. version 1.1 of the CAPE-OPEN standard) while using one of its Property Packages in Aspen Hysys 7.3. I encounter an error message after having selected the PP and I went on to investigate the situation using COLTT. Once I get the error message (that is just before completing the PP setup according to Aspen Hysys), I close all the windows open and I exit from Aspen Hysys without saving (I started from a new case so there is nothing to save really). I am using COLTT 2.1 build for this. I am trying then to load the log file (attached) in the viewer and I get the error message \"Some problem reading the file\". I can however open the file with Notepad so it is not a major problem. However I wonder what may cause this failure. Note that the scenario uses a specific Simulis Thermodynamics PP which is proprietary to one of CO-LaN Full Member. I would need to clear with this Full Member release of the package if is was needed for properly investigating the issue.
