Start menu shortcuts of 1.08.5 left after installing 2.0

Description
I am using the installer for COLTT 2.0 built on Sep 10, 2011. I am using it in a machine where COLTT 1.08.5 (Build July 17, 2011) had been previously installed. The installation of COLTT v2.0 takes almost everything related to 1.08.5 out still the \"Start\" menu shortcuts related to 1.08.5 are left behind.

This issue was created while an installation of 2.0 attempted to wipe out whatever the related to a previous version of COLTT. With COLTT 2.1, COLTT 1.08.5 is not uninstalled anymore when installing version 2.1. The two versions coexist within Start
Programs
CAPE-OPEN and there are two different folders under C:
Program Files
CAPE-OPEN to host the application binaries.
However, once a PMC log is enabled in one or the other controller, it appears as logged in the other controller. When a log is made only the latest version of COLTT is making the log. So the other version is not usable. It makes sense since there is no way for the user to tell which version of COLTT is to be used for the logging.
So I think issue #96 is not anymore relevant per se. What may be relevant is to limit to one COLTT version simultaneously the installation.
