Filter COLTT calls by default

All calls made by COLTT itslf, instead of being made by a PMC or the PME, are now logged in the log file so that the log may better reflect which piece of software is making each call. COLTT is producing quite a large number of calls which are not part of any analysis made of the communication between a PMC and a PME. Each time I am making such an analysis I am filtering the COLTT calls. I think it would be better to make such a filtering a default so that the log appears \"clean\" in the Viewer the first time it is loaded. I don't see anybody, except COLTT developers, making use of the logging of the COLTT calls.
