COLTT automatically enabled on PPM as well as on TS

I am looking back at TRAC #25 which is resolved. Still I have an issue on the way the controller is behaving. I am enabling COLTT on Simulis PPM. Then I am closing the controller and I am running a case involving using of Simulis PPM. Once I am done, I go back to the COLTT controller in order to disable logging from Simulis PPM. I need also to disable it from Simulis Thermo System because it appears as enabled as well. Could there be a way to limit enabling of COLTT on the component class that has been selected by the user? For sure when disabling COLTT on Simulis PPM and closing controller, then reopening it, COLTT has been disabled on Simulis Thermo System as well. What can be done automatically when closing COLTT controller could perhaps be done a priori so that there is no display of false information at any point during controller use.
