Log file does not load properly

Description

I am using A+ v7.1 and a FORTRAN UO Mixer. While the run goes rather well (the UO is not found in mass balance by A+ though) with COLTT (May 30, 2011 build) enabled on the FORTRAN UO Mixer, the log file obtained does not load properly in the Viewer.

Michael, as per your message \"I can't explain this from the log. I can see that there is no Initialize call and no Terminate call. That seems odd. It could be a reference counting error so as an experiment I have modified the PPManager logger to add an additional reference count when getPropertyPackage returns an error. If there is a reference counting error this change should keep the PPManager alive a bit longer and then we might get more information in the log.\"
I have used the modified DLLs and I have got the attached log file.

Fixed a syntax error in the log entry for IPersistStorage::IniNew.

Fix is committed and included in .msi file built after 5 June 2011
