Description
In the \"About\" window of COLTT controller, the copyright mentions 2005-2008 while it should be 2005-2009. I don't know how much it matters though. The same copyright appears in the \"Components\" view of COLTT controller and should be also updated(i.e. 2008 to 2009).

are you saying that we should remove the (C) because COLan has not made a formal deposit in the US? Or is it just that it should be 2005-2009? Or both?
Ahsan, can you fix this one when Michel replies?

We keep the (C) as it is now even if its value is not that important considering that the deposit has not been made in the US. The point is to make 2008 as 2009 in both places within the COLTT Controller.

It seems the term \"copyright\" is related to the American law (title 17 of United States Code). Contrary to the authorship rights code in France, a formal deposit has to be made in order for the copyright to be valid in the US. If a deposit has been made, one can mention the copyright notice with symbol ©, followed by publication year and the author name (or company name having made the deposit).
This way of showing the authorship is authorized in France. However these have only an informative value and have to influence on the protection applied. Absence of the copyright notice does not mean that the software is not protected as a creation.
CO-LaN may have to investigate regarding the American law but in the meantime best is to make the notice proper.
