PRO/II process released when COLTT enabled

Description

I ma using a PRO/II 9.2 case file in which a ChemSep UO is configured, connected and use is made of a TEA 1.1 Property Package. If COLTT is not enabled on the TEA PPM and the ChemSep UO, loading the case, then immediately existing it leaves the PROII.exe process alive forever. Now with COLTT enabled on the TEA 1.1 PPM and on ChemSep UO, PROII.exe process is not kept alive when exiting. The log file obtained is attached (after renaming inlet port because of TRAC#143) and does not reveal anything.
