IdealThermoPPM in Simulis Thermodynamics

I am able to select a PP from the IdealThermoPPM in Simulis Thermodynamics. Chose the C6C8 one from the list offered by Simulis. Immediately got a message box:

c:\users\me\documents\visual studio 2015\projects\cobia\cobia\cobia\client\cobia_dataadapters_h(1080):assert failed index out of range

OK it and then ProSimPlus? (Simulis Thermodynamics is launched from within ProSimPlus?) sends:

Variant or safe array is locked

ProSimPlus? is at version 3.5.11.0, the most recent one (July 2016). I start ProSimPlus?, create a new project then access Simulis direct. I edit the default calculator, change it to CAPE-OPEN 1.1 PP, and ask to select a CAPE-OPEN PP. Simulis displays the list of PPs expected from the IdealThermoPPM.
After selection of the PP which leads to the above messages, any action tried on the calculator containing the PP leads to the above messages as well.

New commit (31) has compiled fine. However test in ProSim? Plus still fails apparently the same way. At least the message boxes are the same.
