Loading HYSIFLO UO in Aspen Hysys impossible with COLTT enabled on UO

Description

When COLTT 1.08.5 is not enabled on HYSIFLO UO, it is possible to instantiate it properly in Aspen Hysys, for example to access it GUI. With COLTT 1.08.5 enabled on HYSIFLO UO, there is an error message in Aspen Hysys about a Load error and the UO is not accessible. I have attached the log file obtained as well as a screenshot of what Aspen Hysys says.
