Description
I am using a UniSim Design case called LNG_HX. The initial LNG_HX case does not make use of a CAPE-OPEN 3rd party PP. I configure the LNG_HX case so that it makes use of a Simulis Thermodynamics PP. The configuration is done without enabling logging on the PP. Once the configuration is done and the case is ready to be calculated, I save the case in a new UniSim Design document and then I quit UniSim Design.
If I reopen then the saved case, I get the following error message:
UniSim CAPE Thermo Socket
Since the component '<empty>' does not provide a CASNumber, the package will only work if it is configured with ALL the components provided and in the order provided by the package.
(Properties are missing or invalid: ThrmStarDust.StarDust_THRM_Calculator)
OK
while if I reopen the case with the Simulis Thermo System being logged I get:
UniSim CAPE Thermo Socket
Since the component '<empty>' does not provide a CASNumber, the package will only work if it is configured with ALL the components provided and in the order provided by the package.
OK
The difference is not that important still it makes one wonder if the behaviour between the PMC and the PME have been changed.
The log file obtained is attached to this ticket.

I have replayed the same scenario with COLTT 1.08.05 Build May 30, 2011. However I had to change the Simulis Thermodynamics version to the most recent one, i.e. 1.4.0.7 because I was unable to get a license for the older version used to document the case.
I still see a difference in the messages displayed with and without COLTT enabled on Simulis Thermo System 1.0. You will find attached the screenshots obtained in both cases. With COLTT enabled on Simulis Thermodynamics Thermo System, the second part of the error message displayed by UniSim Thermo is missing. I have no clue how this can happen in relation with COLTT but something must be different between the way the two runs are behaving. I have also attached the log file obtained.

Michael, following the update you sent tonight I made a run. The difference in messages persists but the changes in output format for real numbers is indicating a temperature way too low in one GetProp. See the log file as attachment.
