Need to upgrade VC++ Compiler and Libraries

Launching release build of 64-bit version of the COLTT Viewer leads, in Visual Studio 2013, to a warning message that project COLTTViewer uses an earlier version of the Visual C++ compiler and libraries and that the project will be upgraded to use the Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 compiler and libraries. This occurs with commit 334 which has supposedly been already switched to Visual Studio 2013.
The COLTTViewer project may have to be stored as a Visual Studio 2013 project.

Michel, The MSVS Project files in RepositoryHosting for COLTTViewer are already for VS2013 but perhaps it is a different version of VS2013. Can you attach a screenshot of the About Microsoft Visual Studio dialog from the Help menu?
