Title behind logo on removal screen

Description

Clicking on "remove" leads to a screen appearing a short period of time where the title is hidden partly behind the CO-LaN logo. The text should be apart from the logo.

With Commit 52 and in builds from Feb 14th onwards all text on the ProgressDlg is moved below the banner logo sio there is no overlap.
