Description
On the main page on the COBIA Reference, the section "About this document" states both what is the document and what it is not: "This document is not intended to be a development guide." What have we as a development guide? A document was developed for the COBIA training course given in October 2018. Rather than being completely negative about a development guide, would it be better to let the reader request the training material if felt necessary. The availability of this training material to individuals/organizations outside of CO-LaN is not decided yet but at least something exists that can be requested, at least by CO-LaN members.

The CO-LaN website carries a page on COBIA that contains a reference to the training session at BASF in October 2018. This page needs to be refreshed but could be considered as an entry point for what pertaisn to COBIA.

Rather make a page about COBIA instructions, that could for now point to the BASF training - instead of linking to training directly.

As discussed in M&T SIG:
point to this link: https://www.colan.org/experiences-projects/cape-open-binary-interop-architecture-cobia/
I do not think we should link to training material. Eventually we should put a how-to guide out there. We could put a more general link out there, if you create a web page with links to COBIA resources. For more info, see...
