Warning about obsolete tag w.r.t. Doxygen

Description

The console output of the build process of COBIA installers (makedistribution.py) displays the following warning:

warning: Tag 'CLASS_DIAGRAMS' at line 2267 of file 'DoxyfileClient?' has become obsolete.

To avoid this warning please remove this line from your configuration file or upgrade it using "doxygen -u"

Doxygen version used: 1.9.3 (c0b9eafbfb53286ce31e75e2b6c976ee4d345473)

Does it call for upgrading Doxygen to a more recent version on the machine used to create COBIA installers?
