Incorrect use of COBIA namespace in adapter code

COBIA namespace in generated adapter code was not always correct, leading possibly to either too many or too few occurrences of COBIA:: in the generated adapter code.

I believe the corresponding fix was made in codeGen.cpp. Since the commits mentioned above pertain to several tickets, with code changes made in several files, would be better to be more precise in ticket about which modifications were made.
