PMC enumerator crashes on inconsistent PMC information in registry

A key that is not opened, is closed, resulting in a crash.

This happens when a clsid of a PMC is still listed in the registry under a particular category ID but the registration of the PMC for the clsid was removed.

I cannot reproduce the action that causes this inconsistent registry information (lingering clsid under a category ID node) to be created, unregistering a PMC correctly removes these clsid values.
