Investigate COBIA marshaling issue during the Edit call

Description
It is suspected that while COBIA waits for the marshaled Edit call to complete, it blocks the main thread and does not process messages, causing UI hangs.
There are possibly a number of messages that need to be processed and forwarded to the parent window. The exact message the parent window is waiting for needs to be identified.
